At Cohesion Strategy, we spend our days thinking about how people live, lead, and work together across lines of difference: religious, ideological, racial, and otherwise. A lot of that work happens behind the scenes: in strategy sessions, convenings, and quiet conversations between unlikely collaborators.

But we believe these ideas shouldn’t stay behind closed doors.

So we’re launching this Substack to make the insights, tools, and reflections from our work more widely available to anyone who might find them useful.

You don’t have to be a practitioner to benefit from better ways of handling disagreement, building trust, or navigating complexity. You could be a student, a teacher, a parent, a neighbor, a voter, a community member. In a moment as fractured as ours, this work belongs to all of us.
